The LMNA Cardiac Foundation is working with ConnectMyVariant to make sure that all people with LMNA variants have help to reach out to all at-risk relatives. Through ConnectMyVariant you can get personalized support from a Family Outreach Navigator and be connected with others who have your exact same genetic variant. When you sign up below, ConnectMyVariant will contact you to offer assistance. All activities are free and voluntary. You can choose what you want to do and engage with relatives at your own pace.
